Okay, phew. I got the first post out of the way. Now on to better things!
I have been thinking lately about time management. I am a TERRIBLE time manager. But I really want to be better about it. There are so many things I want to do and be, but I don't make time for them. I tend to say yes to way too many things.
I was chatting with my hubs about this new season that we are in. We are VERY busy, well, he is anyway. But I want to be a strong supporter for him, which means I need to DO things. Those things include: household chores, dinners, fun, reading and so much more. Not to mention being a MOM.
I am working on prioritizing and saying no. So putting that into action, I have tried organizing a typical week. I'm hoping that I will have the discipline to actually carry this out!
Sunday: We will start attending the P.M. service at our church since the Hubs has worship practice just before that. So the morning will be spent as family time! YAY!
Monday: This will be my 'Home' day. It will consist of doing all the cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping. We also have community group Mondays, so I will prepare for this!
Tuesday: I take care of a little boy, so this day will be filled with trying to keep my sanity, and going out for an outing at some point! The hubs goes to school this evening.
Wednesday: I've decided this will be a free day to do whatever. Outings, errands, etc.
Thursday: I will soon be watching a friends little girl, so this will be similar to Tuesdays! The hubs has school this evening too!
Friday: I have a group of ladies with boys that I walk with each week. As the weather turns better, I will try to organize a local hike each week!
Saturday: Free day!
WOOT! I feel really stoked about this! I already have a weight lifted, and feel so productive!
